Baptism by water immersion symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism does not save you, but rather is a public declaration that you have placed your faith in Christ as your Savior. And while baptism is not required for salvation, it is a biblical command and demonstrates your love and obedience to Christ.
Notes
We will be having baptisms November 14th. This one hour class led by Brian Bennett is a pre-requisite and is available for Adults and Youth 6th grade and up.
